One big example that stands out is when Actemium Design supported me through my BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering. The business unit fully funded the degree, which was amazing, and they also gave me a dedicated day each week to focus on my studies. On top of that, I had a great group of colleagues who were always willing to help out and offer support whenever I needed it. That kind of backing really helped me do achieve my best and stay motivated throughout the course.
